Advanced Study and Teacher Training- Cancelation & Refund Policy

Three Day Grace Period- Full Refund

Upon your acceptance to the program, full payment (or payment plan deposit and contract) are due. You may withdraw and receive a full refund within three days ONLY.

An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three days of making payment (excluding Saturday, Sunday and federal or state holidays)  is entitled to a refund of all monies paid. No later than 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, the school shall provide the 100% refund.

Cancellation Policies after the Grace Period

For cancellation or withdrawal more than three days after payment is made, the following fees and/or no refund policies will apply:

• After the three day grace period, and more than 30 days from the start date of the program, applicants may receive a refund MINUS a $250 cancellation fee.

• Refunds within 30 days of the commencement of classes may be considered. Only under extenuating circumstances beyond the applicants control will a refund be given a pro-rated refund may be given, MINUS a $700 late cancellation fee.

• After the commencement of classes, no refunds will be given. Under extenuating circumstances beyond the applicants control, a pro-rated credit toward a future Asha Yoga Teacher Training Program  MINUS a $700 late cancellation fee will be considered.

Many decisions and arrangements are made based on the number of attendees in the program. Upon your acceptance and registration payment, Asha Yoga makes decisions, signs contracts and pays up front costs for your participation.
