A gift…for children & teens, and their parents!

Youth Yoga is an uplifting, noncompetitive, mind-expanding, and fun way for youth to build strength, spirit, confidence and self-esteem.

Youth Yoga at Asha Yoga

Our youth yoga classes foster creativity, cooperation, and confidence in a safe environment where all children and young adults are perfect just the way they are. Children and teens alike have different needs than adults, respond to different stimuli, and learn in different ways. That’s why Asha Yoga offers an age appropriate experience of yoga postures, breathing practices and meditation.

Our goal is to provide a yoga class for each age group in a fun, loving and structured environment.  We want to give them a foundation in yogic practices that will serve them for a lifetime.

Our Youth Yoga Teachers

Are trained and certified to teach yoga, plus hold an additional certificate in the specialty of Kids or Teen Yoga. See www.miniyogis.com for more about mini yogis and Shana Meyerson, offering Kids and Teen/Tween Yoga Teacher Trainings around the country, including here at Asha Yoga.

We look forward to helping your child or teen develop flexibility, focus, and coordination for a happy , healthy , balanced life!
