Yoga is an uplifting, noncompetitive, mind-expanding, and fun way for youth to build strength, spirit, confidence and self-esteem.

 

Youth Yoga at Asha Yoga


Our yoga classes foster creativity, cooperation, and confidence in a safe environment where youth (10-16 years) are perfect just the way they are. Tweens/Teens have different needs than adults, respond to different stimuli, and learn in different ways. That’s why Asha Yoga offers an age appropriate experience of yoga postures, breathing practices and meditation.

Our goal is to provide a yoga class for youth in a fun, loving and structured environment, building a foundation in yogic practices that will serve them for a lifetime.

 

Our Teachers


Our teachers are trained and certified to teach yoga, plus have a passion for teaching our newest generation of yogis.

We look forward to helping your youth develop flexibility, focus, and coordination for a happy , healthy , balanced life!
